Today, Trip and I made a fabulous gingerbread house. He keeps calling it his birdhouse. But, either way it looks great. His favorite part was the icing, go figure. He has a sweet tooth just like me.
Trip has picked up this new saying. We think he is trying to say "it doesn't matter." But, instead, he says "I don't matter." Sort of sad, but also funny. We asked him who says that and he said his friend Asher. I'm not sure I believe that one.
I've started giving Mady a sippy cup to play with and she is loving it. Tonight, she laid on her back and tried to drink it. So, since it was upside down, a little would actually trickle out into her mouth and she made the cutest face trying to drink it. And, then I would laugh and she would look over and give me this huge smile. Like, "oh yeah, I am funny now!"
