Thanksgiving

We (TJ, Mady and I) just got back from chilly Wisconsin. We left Trip to spend some alone time with Pitty and Grumpa(and Besty). I'm not sure who misses him most, but we know he is having fun and getting spoiled. Thanksgiving was so fun this year. There were so many babies and babies on the way that it ended much sooner than ever before. I think everyone was gone by 10:30 pm. Trip had a blast playing with the older kids, especially his favorite, Joe. I just sat back and watched him for awhile. It was so neat to watch him play around with the big boys. He is so grown up, he was totally fine playing with his new friends, that he could've cared less where TJ and I were. Every once in a while, I would go look for him and just make sure he was accounted for. And, Mady was passed around to most everyone there. Trip was a little more open to trying some of the fun food this year. He loved the sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and the rolls. And, I even managed to sneak in some green bean casserole too! He wanted to get back to playing so badly that he didn't even bother with dessert. Which is too bad because there are these awesome, huge chocolate chip cookies! Maybe he'll get to those next year!
