Well, Trip has definitely gotten his mother's sweet tooth. Yesterday, we made nutter butter ghosts for Halloween. I figured I could put the icing on the cookies and Trip could put the eyes on, which are made of chocolate chips. So, I laid some out on the table in front of him and told him to put them on the ghosts after I iced them. After I had iced a few ghosts, I looked over at him and his pile of chocolate chips were gone, but strangely, none had made it onto the ghosts...hmmm. They had all ended up in his tummy! Needless to say, he was on a sugar high for the rest of the afternoon.
Mady missed out on all the sugar madness as she slept the afternoon away. She is a great sleeper. I hope she stays that way. :-)
