Castles

Saturday we took 2 family adventures, both to the same playground, only one was successful. We left after everyone had breakfast Saturday morning on adventure #1. We were headed to this castle playground that I had heard about in Newnan. We got directions from the park's website...well, I still have no idea where those directions lead, but it is not to the castle playground. So, after driving around for almost an hour, we headed back home. Trip was such a trooper. He was disappointed, but he handled it well. Mady, on the other hand, was so tired after having stayed up late the night before, that she cried until I remembered I had snacks. Nothing like some food, to ease the pain of a long car ride to nowhere. So, we came back home, put Mady down for a nap, ate lunch, found different directions, and headed out again for adventure #2. This one was successful! The park was really fun. Trip loved the castles and they had a tire swing that he thought was great! My favorite part was the free food. A local church was giving away free hot dogs, chips and drinks. Yummy! I'm so glad we succeeded in finding it the second time.
